This has always been one of my favourite layouts - the colours and my oh so cute son playing in the Autumn leaves.  When you live in a town called 'Cambridge - The town of trees', you got to love doing Autumn layouts!

Autumn in Summer...

Here is my Autumn (Fall) submission for Fantabulous Cricut Challenge using autumn colours.  Of course it fels a little odd with it being summer here!

Lots of Cricut cut leaves (Wild card) and tree (Graphically Speaking). I made little tiles from photos of trees to incorporate more of the beautiful Autumn colours.

November Challenges

Now is a great time to get in and join our challenges.  These are a fun way to challenge your creativity with your scrapbooking, photo taking and card making.  To take part all you need to do is take a photo of your completed challenge and upload it to the Better Scrapbooking online gallery before the end of November.  Each entry goes into the draw for a prize from Better Scrapbooking.  If you have difficulty uploading to the online gallery you can email Megan your photo at: megan@betterscrapbooking.co.nz and she will upload it for you.

Card Challenge - Create a card using clear acetate

Create a card using a piece of acetate for the base of your card.

Here is my take on the layout challenge using lettering as a mask for the title.  I also used a silver Spritz spray around the main photo.

Recently I had a lot of friends having baby boys but now there are lots of baby girls.... A few pink cards I've made using various Cricut cartridges and Cuttlebug embossing folders.
